The first three received Gold Medals in the Premium Wines category, and the line’s Pinot Noir, by winemaker Marcelo Papa, earned the highest award in its category. Gravas del Maipo, by Enrique Tirado, was the only 2014-vintage Syrah to receive a
Gold Medal.

The judges in the 2015 AWOCA—held in China for the second time—spent three days blind tasting more than 600 wines from Chile’s different wine regions. The international panel was composed of 12 well-known experts such as Joshua Greene, Sophie Liu, Peter Richards MW, Martin Hao, Fongyee Walker, and others.
