The publication has consistently praised Marques de Casa Concha Chardonnay—a wine from the Limarí Valley and made by winemaker Marcelo Papa—as one of Chile’s best Chardonnays, and ten of its vintages have scored 90 or more points, which conrms it as one of the solidest and most consistent brands in its segment worldwide.

The previous vintage, the landmark Marques de Casa Concha Chardonnay 2010, was included in Wine Spectator’s in‑uential list of Top 100 Wines of the Year 2012.

The 2009 vintage not only scored 90 points, but it was featured by the same publication in 2011 as a “Smart Buy,” a “Wine of the Week,” one of “13 Attractive Whites from Chile,” and included in the ranking of the “100 Outstanding Values” of 2011.

This smoky white opens up with dense pineapple, Pink Lady apple and zesty citrus notes that are tightly wound on a bright, medium-bodied frame. Drink now. Nathan Wesley
