Under the supervision of the celebrated winemaker Ignacio Recabarren, Terrunyo is one of Viña Concha y Toro’s ultra premium lines and its philosophy is to seek out the maximum expression of a specific block of a vineyard.

Leading the list of accolades is the 2009 Terrunyo Cabernet Sauvignon with 92 points from the prestigious Wine Enthusiast magazine, the best score to date for a Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon from this vintage.

Next is the 2009 Terrunyo Carmenere with 91 points from Wine Spectator. This wine from Block 27 of the Peumo Vineyard has consistently received scores above 90 points, without interruption, for its last seven vintages.

These important accolades are added to the scores Terrunyo has received throughout its entire history and reaffirm Viña Concha y Toro’s commitment to creating the best wines possible to express the specific characteristics of their origin.
