Centro del Vino Earns Preferred by Nature Recertification with 100% Compliance

Following a rigorous evaluation process, Centro del Vino Concha y Toro has further consolidated its position as a global benchmark in sustainable, inclusive wine tourism with a positive impact on both people and the environment.

For the fifth consecutive year, Centro del Vino Concha y Toro renewed its international sustainable tourism certification after an audit that assessed more than 300 indicators across social, sociocultural, operational, and sustainability areas, achieving 100% compliance in all categories evaluated.

The evaluation process was conducted in late January by Preferred by Nature, a prestigious international non profit organization dedicated to advancing positive impact for people, nature, and the climate.

During the audit, the evaluator highlighted in particular how the tourism experience directly contributes to the quality of life of those who work at the center and within its surrounding community. “What is observed here goes beyond traditional sustainability; it reflects a regenerative approach, where the visitor experience positively transforms the lives of people and the territory,” noted the international auditor leading the process.

“This year we have once again been recertified, confirming a consistent commitment to continuous improvement and responsible management. This approach is reflected in every aspect of the experience: in how we welcome our visitors, in the care of our historical and natural surroundings, and in the mindful attention given to every detail,” said Jazmín Adriazola, Head of Operations and Hospitality at Centro del Vino Concha y Toro.

Among its most significant advances and commitments, Centro del Vino continues to deepen its focus on inclusive tourism, incorporating sign language tours -scheduled to launch in May 2026- enhancements to universal accessibility such as wheelchair ramps, and new sustainable mobility initiatives, including electric vehicle charging stations powered by solar panels. Together, these efforts reaffirm its commitment to a world class wine tourism model, where sustainability is integrated across all dimensions and conveyed through every visitor experience.
