Marques de Casa Concha and Casillero del Diablo are part of “Ques Quesé“, a show about cheese and cheese pairings, hosted by chef Yann Yvin.
The first episode of “Ques Quesé”, the new show by chef and former Master Chef judge Yann Yvin, was aired on Saturday, March 5th.
Broadcast on Chile’s 13C channel, this is a culinary journey through Chile that focuses on the process of making different types of cheese, both industrial and artisanal.
