Viña Concha y Toro presents its new vintages to Guía Descorchados

Last Friday, October 23, Chilean wine journalist Patricio Tapia visited our facilities in Pirque to taste the new vintages from the Viña Concha y Toro portfolio alongside our winemaking team.

The tasting began with Viña Amelia, led by Technical Director Marcelo Papa, who presented the new 2025 vintages of Amelia Chardonnay and Amelia Pinot Noir, highlighting the tension and minerality that characterise the expression of this vintage.

Next, Terrunyo winemakers Marcio Ramírez and Lorena Mora presented the new vintages of Terrunyo Sauvignon Blanc 2026, Terrunyo Carmenere 2025 and Terrunyo Cabernet Sauvignon 2024. The occasion also marked the official presentation of Terrunyo’s new portfolio image, an evolution that reinforces the brand’s identity with a particular focus on Carmenere.

The tasting continued with Marques de Casa Concha, featuring the new vintages across its complete portfolio, including the core range, Noble Blend and Blue and Gold.

Marcio Ramírez, together with Isabel Mitarakis, winemaker for The Master, then presented the latest vintages from the Concha y Toro range, as well as The Master, the collection’s iconic Cabernet Sauvignon.

To conclude the tasting, a selection of wines from Casillero del Diablo was presented, including its Reserva Privada, Reserva Especial and Reserva ranges.
