Viña Concha y Toro presents its top wines from the D.O. Puente Alto at the Great Wines of the World Bangkok 2023

Chilean wine company showcased its luxury brands Don Melchor and Marques de Casa Concha Heritage at an event organized by renowned American wine critic James Suckling in Bangkok, Thailand.

Viña Concha y Toro presented its two great wines of the Puente Alto appellation, Don Melchor and Marques de Casa Concha Heritage, at the Great Wines of the World Bangkok 2023 event, showcasing their 2020 vintage.

A diverse crowd of journalists, high-level consumers, wine enthusiasts, and industry buyers attended the global wine exhibition. Only wines previously selected by James Suckling and his editors and rated 92 points or higher were available for tasting. This year’s event brought together 214 wineries worldwide and over 1,300 attendees from vital markets such as Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia.

Rodrigo Jackson, Commercial Manager of Viña Concha y Toro’s Luxury Brand Division, stated that presenting the D.O. Puente Alto concept and showcasing their two outstanding wines, Don Melchor and Marques de Casa Concha Heritage, to key people in the industry and wine lovers at one of the most important international showcases in Asia was a great opportunity. They could reveal the goodness, subtleties, and undisputed quality of the place of origin of these wines.
