Viña Concha y Toro to Be the Official Wine Pairing for an Exclusive Lunch at Fukasawa

With a carefully curated selection of premium wines, Viña Concha y Toro will serve as the official wine pairing for the lunch “Fukasawa and Friends,” taking place on January 15 at Fukasawa Restaurant, in collaboration with MEE, the Michelin starred restaurant. 

Viña Concha y Toro will be the official pairing for the first lunch of the “Fukasawa and Friends” series— a gastronomic experience that marks the beginning of Fukasawa’s 2026 program, a restaurant recognized by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. On this occasion, the winery will accompany the event with standout labels from its premium portfolio: Don Melchor, Amelia, and Terrunyo, reaffirming its close connection to fine dining and world-class culinary experiences. 

The event will be held on Thursday, January 15, and will feature the special participation of MEE, the Michelin-starred Pan-Asian restaurant from Rio de Janeiro’s iconic Copacabana Palace. The experience will consist of an eight course Omakase lunch, collaboratively created by chef Alberto Morisawa and the Fukasawa team— a culinary dialogue that brings together Brazil and Chile, the Pacific and the Atlantic. 

The Viña Concha y Toro wine pairing will accompany each course of the menu, highlighting the elegance, character, and origin of its iconic wines. The experience will also include Azur sparkling wine from Viña Emiliana, specially selected for the occasion. In addition, guests will have access to an exclusive wine sale with special pricing, available only during the event.
