Viña Concha y Toro was part of Great Wines of the World USA 2026

With its Amelia line, Viña Concha y Toro took part in the 2026 edition of the prestigious “Great Wines of the World” fair, organized in the United States by the renowned American wine critic James Suckling.

From March 2 to 6, the latest edition of the wine fair “Great Wines of the World USA,” organized by renowned critic James Suckling, took place. The event took place in three key cities — New York, Miami, and San Francisco — and brought together more than 12,500 prominent wine enthusiasts and professionals.

On this occasion, Concha y Toro showcased its Amelia brand, part of the company’s premium portfolio, recognized for its world-class Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from its extreme Quebrada Seca vineyard, located in the prestigious Limarí Appellation.

Attendees had the opportunity to enjoy the 2023 Amelia Chardonnay — which earned 96 points from James Suckling and was ranked No. 11 in the “Top 100 Wines of Chile 2025” — and the 2023 Amelia Pinot Noir, which received 95 points from the critic.

Both wines were widely praised by the public for their quality, freshness, minerality, and elegance, faithfully reflecting this exceptional origin. Situated at the northern edge of Chilean viticulture — just 23 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean and at the doorstep of the Atacama Desert — this terroir has been key in consolidating the brand’s prestige.

Viña Concha y Toro’s participation in this edition of “Great Wines of the World USA” reinforced Amelia’s positioning, highlighting the unique qualities of its origin and strengthening its presence in a strategic market like the United States.
