Personal data protection (GDPR)

I expressly authorize, in a free and informed manner, Viña Concha y Toro and the companies and subsidiaries that make up the group, hereinafter “Concha y Toro” or the “Company”, to process my personal data in order to perform an adequate provision of the services and products contracted by the owner of the data. Likewise, I authorize the processing of personal data for commercial purposes, in order to offer me the services and products that are marketed by Viña Concha y Toro S.A. and its subsidiaries, national and foreign; benefits associated with loyalty programs; inform you of events and raffles, discounts, satisfaction surveys, all of which may be carried out by means of email, text messages (SMS), notifications in mobile applications, social networks, telephone calls, among other types of communications. I authorize the use of my data to develop behavioral and prediction models, as well as to use them for statistical, historical, market research purposes, among others, in which cases the data will be used anonymously, that is, it will not be possible to identify the identity of the person to whom they belong. I authorize Concha y Toro to carry out controls regarding the legality and/or veracity of the information I have provided. Therefore, I exempt the company from any liability for any infraction and/or damage derived from the illegality, illegitimacy, alteration, misuse, fraud or sanction in relation to the information that I provide. I authorize the sharing of my personal information in the following situations:

• With suppliers that provide services necessary to provide the company products and services.
• With related companies and the group of companies whose parent company is Concha y Toro S.A., in Chile and abroad, in order to offer and supply information on the products and services of the Group companies.
• To update the status of contractual relations and comply with the agreed obligations.
