The Spanish publication Catas de Arte has highlighted 37 of the world’s leading culinary experiences as part of its 12th anniversary celebration. In this special edition, the magazine recognizes international proposals that bring together gastronomic excellence, technical rigor, aesthetic sensibility, and a strong contemporary cultural perspective.
Curated by its director, writer and gastronomic critic Beto Navarro, the anniversary edition of the prestigious digital magazine Catas de Arte -published under the title “An Artistic Look of Gastronomy 2025”-brings together experiences that represent the cutting edge of today’s culinary scene, understood not only through flavor, but also through narrative, sense of place, hospitality, and the meaningful intersection between gastronomy and the world of wine.
