Outstanding scores and recognitions for our wines by Guía Descorchados 2026

With Amelia Chardonnay 2024 ranked among the “Top 10 Best White Wines of the Year”, and all brands in its Luxury Brands portfolio receiving over 95 points, Concha y Toro once again demonstrates its extraordinary winemaking consistency. These strong scores in the renowned Chilean guide, led by Patricio Tapia, highlight the excellence and quality of the company’s premium wines.
Amelia, D.O Limarí
Amelia Chardonnay 2024 earned 96 points, marking its third appearance among the “Top 10 White Wines of the Year” in the guide, as well as ranking among the “Best White Wines,” “Best Chardonnays,” and “Best Wines from Northern Chile.” The 2024 vintage stands out for its expressive and elegant profile, with minerality and purity that reflect the extreme terroir of the Limarí Valley.

Amelia Pinot Noir 2024 also received 96 points and was included for the fourth time—previously with the 2023, 2022, and 2019 vintages in the ranking of “Best Pinot Noir,” in addition to appearing for the second consecutive year in the “Best Wines from Northern Chile” ranking. The 2024 vintage reflects its origin with elegance, structure, tension, minerality, depth, and freshness.
Both wines come from the exceptional and extreme Quebrada Seca vineyard, located in the renowned Limarí Valley, considered today one of the world’s best terroirs for high-end Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Concha y Toro’s Iconic Carmenere: Carmín de Peumo 2023
The iconic Carmín de Peumo, crafted by winemaker Marcio Ramírez, received 96 points in the Guía Descorchados 2026. It was also included in the “Best Carmenere” and “Best Wines from Cachapoal Between the Andes” rankings.

The 2023 vintage of Carmín de Peumo is a wine of great balance and complexity, faithfully expressing its terroir in Peumo, Cachapoal Valley, which, due to its unique soil and climate conditions, is considered Chile’s best origin for this variety.
Recognitions for Wines from D.O. Casablanca and D.O. Peumo
Terrunyo Sauvignon Blanc 2025 earned an impressive 96 points, ranking among “Best Casablanca Wines,” “Best White Wines,” and “Best Sauvignon Blancs.” Unlike previous vintages, the 2025 vintage incorporated 25% aging in barrels of three or more uses for 3 months, with the remaining 80% aged in stainless steel tanks for 5 months, giving this Sauvignon Blanc greater density while preserving its freshness.
Terrunyo Carmenere 2024 also received 96 points, making it into the “Best Carmenere” and “Best Wines from Cachapoal Between the Andes” lists. This wine comes from Block 27 of the Peumo vineyard, recognized 11 times among the “Best Carmenere in Chile” by Descorchados.

Recognitions for Wines from D.O. Maipo Andes
Terrunyo Cabernet Sauvignon 2023, from the Pirque vineyard, one of Concha y Toro’s oldest, was awarded 95 points. This Cabernet Sauvignon has received outstanding scores in this prestigious guide for 20 consecutive vintages.

The Master 2023 received 95 points and comes from the centennial vineyards of Pirque Viejo and El Mariscal in the Maipo Valley. Since its inception, it has reflected the unique characteristics of these emblematic vineyards located at the foothills of the Andes.
