Casillero del Diablo achieves a solid result at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2022

Casillero del Diablo received two outstanding recognitions at the latest edition of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, in Belgium. Casillero del Diablo Reserva Carmenere 2020 won a Gold Medal, while the Merlot 2020 variety was awarded a Silver Medal.

This event is considered one of the most prestigious competitions in the world, and this year it brought together experts from across the international wine sector to taste more than 7,300 wines from almost 40 countries around the world.

All the wines were tasted by the competition’s carefully selected panels of experts, who represent 45 nationalities. The rigorous evaluation process is based on a model designed by the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV) and the International Union of Oenologists. Medals are awarded to fewer than 30% of the wines entered.
