The Global Pinot Noir Masters 2022 version announced its results this week. The global competition, organized by The Drinks Business, rewards the best pinot noir exponents worldwide. On this occasion, Marques de Casa Concha 2020 received praise and was awarded a Gold Medal.

Unlike other international competitions, The Global Masters evaluates wines according to grape variety rather than country of origin. The expert panel, formed by Masters of Wine, Master Sommeliers, and senior buyers, chooses the winners after a blind tasting. Top wines receive Gold, Silver, or Bronze Medals based on their results, and the most outstanding wine gets the title of Variety Master.
