Viña Concha y Toro Strengthens the Positioning of Its Luxury Portfolio in Latin America
With the aim of further consolidating the positioning of its high-end brands in Latin America, Viña Concha y Toro carried out a distinguished program of activities in Costa Rica and Panama, led by its LATAF Export commercial team alongside Isabel Guilisasti, Vice President of Fine Wines and Corporate Image.
During the tour, Isabel Guilisasti officially introduced Viña Amelia as an independent subsidiary within the Concha y Toro group — the first South American winery devoted exclusively to the production of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay — while further reinforcing the positioning of the company’s premium portfolio in both markets.
Costa Rica: Connections with high-end gastronomy and Key Opinion Leaders
A series of exclusive gatherings brought together female leaders, strategic clients, and leading figures from the Costa Rica’s gastronomic scene.

Among the highlights was an experience at Conservatorium — ranked No. 53 in Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 — where Isabel Guilisasti led a conversation around current topics, accompanied by a tasting of Amelia Quebrada Seca Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The event convened influential women from the market, fostering an authentic and enriching dialogue while laying the groundwork for building a community of engaged female consumers around the brand.
The agenda also included a lunch with representatives from renowned restaurants and hotels such as Sikwa, Silvestre, and Hotel Makanda, strengthening ties with key players in the premium hospitality sector.
Panama: Engagement with Strategic Audiences and Premium Segments
In Panama, activities included a private lunch with prominent business leaders and strategic partners, featuring wines from Terrunyo, Viña Amelia, and Don Melchor, reinforcing relationships with high-level audiences and opening new collaboration opportunities.
The visit also featured an exclusive gastronomic experience at the Sofitel Casco Viejo alongside private banking clients from BAC, the country’s leading financial institution in this segment, bringing Viña Concha y Toro’s luxury portfolio closer to highly relevant and brand-aligned profiles.
The tour concluded with a gathering of prominent female executives at Club Unión de Panamá, consolidating a valuable instance of engagement and loyalty-building around Amelia and its contemporary, sophisticated proposition.
These initiatives reflect Viña Concha y Toro’s commitment to further strengthening the positioning of its luxury portfolio in Latin America, connecting its iconic wines with key audiences through memorable experiences.
