Terrunyo Carmenere 2023 among Wine Enthusiast’s Annual “Best of Year Buying Guide Issue”
The prestigious U.S. magazine Wine Enthusiast recently published its annual “Best of Year Issue / Buying Guide”, a purchasing guide that highlights the year’s most outstanding wines. This edition included Concha y Toro’s high-end label Terrunyo Carmenere 2023, recognizing its authenticity and excellent price-to-quality ratio.
In the latest edition of Wine Enthusiast’s “Best of Year 2025 Buying Guide,” the renowned specialized publication that selects the year’s most notable wines based on quality, style, and value featured the 2023 vintage of Terrunyo Carmenere as part of its distinguished selection, awarding it a score of 91 points.

Each year, Wine Enthusiast evaluates thousands of wines from different regions around the world, recommending only those it considers exceptional for both consumers and industry professionals. The inclusion of Terrunyo Carmenere in this select group reaffirms its quality and potential, establishing it as one of the top representatives of variety and highlighting its winemaking excellence and value.
“This recognition positions Terrunyo Carmenere 2023, our first ultra-premium Carmenere, among the most outstanding wines according to the specialized outlet Wine Enthusiast. It also reaffirms the quality of its origin in the Peumo Appellation, in the Cachapoal Valley, terroir of Chile’s great Carmenere,” said Marcio Ramírez, winemaker at Viña Concha y Toro and Terrunyo brand.
