Viña Concha y Toro Takes Part in Rubaiyat Chile’s 10th Anniversary Celebration

Viña Concha y Toro’s fine wine portfolio accompanied a special edition of Rubaiyat Invita, an event that brought together leading figures from the Chilean and Latin American culinary scene as part of the renowned restaurant’s tenth anniversary celebrations.

Rubaiyat Chile marked its tenth anniversary with a unique edition of Rubaiyat Invita, an event that welcomed more than 100 guests and brought together some of the most acclaimed chefs from Chile and Latin America in a collaborative culinary experience. During the evening, each chef reinterpreted an iconic Rubaiyat dish or ingredient, creating a specially designed six-course menu for the occasion.

The experience was paired with Viña Concha y Toro’s fine wine portfolio, which played a leading role through its emblematic labels Terrunyo, Amelia, Carmín de Peumo and Don Melchor. Each wine was carefully selected to accompany the different dishes, highlighting the diversity and excellence of some of Chile’s most distinguished winegrowing origins.

The celebration featured Diego Rojas, Executive Chef of Rubaiyat Chile, alongside renowned culinary talents including Antonio Moreno and Juan Pablo Raide (Casa Las Cujas), Pedro Chavarría (Demo Magnolia), Javier Avilés (Pulpería Santa Elvira), Marcos Baeza (Fukasawa) and Camila Fiol (Dulcería Fiol).

The occasion reaffirmed the connection between Viña Concha y Toro’s fine wine portfolio and haute cuisine, as well as its commitment to initiatives that foster collaboration, creativity and excellence. It also provided an opportunity to bring our brands closer to key opinion leaders, culinary figures and highly engaged consumers, strengthening their presence at one of the most relevant gastronomic celebrations of the year.

More than an anniversary celebration, the event reflected the close relationship between wine and haute cuisine, highlighting origin, craftsmanship and excellence as values shared by both.
