Marques de Casa Concha Cabernet Sauvignon is highlighted by James Suckling

The US wine journalist selected eight Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon exponents under US$25, including the Concha y Toro‘s Super Premium wine.
In one of his most recent articles, James Suckling, renowned US journalist and wine critic, selected the eight great value Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon wines, among which Marques de Casa Concha Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 stands out.
In the text published on his website and titled “Great Value Wines: 8 Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon for under $25“, Suckling praises Chile as a producer of great wines: “Chile has cemented its status as one of the top Great Value wine countries by upping its winemaking game just about every year”. He also highlights the Puente Alto terroir as the modern hub for Cabernet Sauvignon.
Referring to the most recent vintages of Marques de Casa Concha, Suckling emphasizes the “greatness” of 2018 and 2019, and quotes Marcelo Papa, Technical Director of Concha y Toro who “told us that the 2018 vintage was ‘perfect’ in terms of balance, delivering wines that embody elegance, precision and power”.
