In the hands of Casillero del Diablo this charming and elegant variety gives rise to a light and vibrant wine. Ideal on a summer evening, since its grapes from the Limarí Valley transport us to the coasts of the southern Pacific along with notes of quince, green apples, and pears.
Denomination of Origin
Casillero del Diablo Pinot Grigio comes from vineyards planted just a few kilometers from the Pacific coast, and the marine influence moderates the temperatures during the day. The soils in these valleys deliver a delicate mineral note along with a touch of fruit, such as white pear.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks.
