TASTING NOTES:

Deep in color, this Cabernet Sauvignon offers intense aromas of blackcurrant and cherry, with smoky notes reminiscent of charred wood. On the palate, it is structured from the start, with firm tannins, an elegant smoky touch, and a persistent finish.

SOIL:

Colluvial soils enriched with volcanic ash, responsible for the intensity, character, and firm texture of this Cabernet Sauvignon.
