AGING:

Aged in stainless steel tanks for 4 months, preserving freshness and smoothness on the palate.

VINEYARD:

Made from selected grapes grown in Chile’s Central Valley, with 40% of the harvest carried out by hand between late March and April, ensuring high quality and balanced ripeness.

TASTING NOTES:

Bright and intense ruby red in color, this Merlot offers aromas of cherry and bell pepper, complemented by a subtle hint of cocoa. On the palate, it is elegant and well-rounded, with good body and a pleasantly persistent finish.

SOIL:

Alluvial and colluvial soils that contribute balance, structure, and clear varietal expression.

Food Pairing

Perfect with pasta, cheese, red meats, and grilled chicken, thanks to its round profile, medium body, and natural elegance.
