DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Peumo, Rapel Valley,

AGING:

Aged in French and American oak barrels for 8 to 10 months.

VINEYARD:

Located in Peumo, 350 km south of Santiago, this vineyard features clay-rich soils that provide structure and depth to the wine.

TASTING NOTES:

Intense violet color. On the nose, it displays classic Carmenere notes: blueberries, wild berries, dried flowers, and subtle hints of black pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, and balanced, with sweet tannins and vibrant acidity that lead into a long finish.

SOIL:

Very deep loamy-clay soils, free of stones, contribute structure and character. The mineral-rich clay enhances the Carmenere’s intense and elegant expression.

WEATHER:

Mediterranean Climatete with mild autumns and excellent sunlight. These conditions allow for balanced grape ripening and a fresh, elegant fruit expression.

Food Pairing

Ideal for pairing with red meats, pork, and aged cheeses, thanks to its balance of fruit, freshness, and structure.
