TASTING NOTES:

Vibrant red in color with violet tones, this Malbec presents a delicate blend of wild berries and subtle notes of coffee. On the palate, it is well balanced with round tannins and a smooth, enveloping texture.

SOIL:

Sandy and alluvial soils that provide freshness, light structure, and a clean, approachable aromatic expression.

Food Pairing

Perfect with roasted lamb, corn, and bacon thanks to its fruity profile, balanced body, and smooth tannins.
