Aged for two months in stainless steel and concrete tanks, preserving freshness, softness, and a subtle spicy touch.

VINEYARD:

Grown in alluvial and colluvial soils of the Central Valley, this Merlot is harvested both manually and mechanically, promoting a balanced expression of fruit, acidity, and texture.

TASTING NOTES:

Deep red in color with violet hints, this Merlot features aromas of ripe red fruits, elegant medium toast, and spicy undertones. On the palate, it is fresh, flavorful, and well balanced with medium body.

SOIL:

Alluvial and colluvial soils offering good drainage, balanced ripening, and a gentle structure on the palate.

Food Pairing

Perfect with white meats, duck, pasta with mild sauces, and aged cheeses thanks to its freshness, softness, and spicy finish.
