MAX WEINLAUB Casillero del Diablo, Gran Reserva, Trio

Max Wienlaub has a Degree in Agriculture from the University of Concepción, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Wine Production from the University of Chile. In 1999 and 2000, he participated in the wine harvest at La Crema Winery, (Santa Rosa, California, USA) and Franciscan Estates (Oakville, California, USA).

He joined Concha y Toro in 2000, and over the years he has been involved in the production of wines for the Casillero del Diablo, Trio and Marques de Casa Concha lines. Max is currently one of the winemakers on the Casillero del Diablo team, led by Marcelo Papa.

Brands responsible

Mr. Melchor de Concha y Toro spread the rumor that the Devil lived in his winery. No one could ever confirm the existence of the keeper of their cellars. Today, the legend lives on.
