Sauvignon Blanc

Casillero del Diablo Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 2020

DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Casablanca,

AGING:

Fermented in stainless steel tanks.

VINEYARD:

This wine comes from the diverse vineyards located in Chile’s leading wine valleys located just a few kilometers from the Pacific Ocean. The proximity to the sea helps moderate temperatures in the area, especially in the summer, and enables the production of a Sauvignon Blanc with pronounced freshness.

TASTING NOTES:

With origins in Bordeaux, France, this variety is a call to freshness. In Casillero del Diablo this characteristic is complemented by a mineral note for refreshing style with peach and redcurrant aromas. A lush and well-rounded wine with perfect balance and elegance that is ideal with salmon ceviche.

SOIL:

Benchland and riverbench associated soils.
