We invite you to travel to Ethiopia, probably the best-kept gastronomic secret in Africa that contains one of the greatest vegetarian food in the world. You can start by preparing Injera: a spongy flatbread, which is used as the base where the rest of the preparations that they eat by hand are served. Shiro, for example, a warm stew made from chickpea flour, spices and chili peppers; Doro Wot, a spicy chicken and egg stew often served at Christmas, or Kitfo, an exotic version of meat tartar.
