For the fifth consecutive year, Casillero del Diablo has been internationally recognised by the prestigious English consultancy Wine Intelligence, being named The Second Most Powerful Wine Brand in the World and the first in Latin America.
Every year, Wine Intelligence presents the Global Wine Brand Power Index. For the latest report, more than 25,000 consumers from the industry’s 25 most relevant countries were interviewed, representing the world’s 439 million regular wine consumers.
While Casillero del Diablo maintained its second-place position, it also managed to increase its total evaluation index, rising from a score of 44.1 points in 2021 to 45.8 points in 2022.
This ranking is based on the connection that brands have with consumers. Six measurement methods were used, including “brand awareness”, “purchase remembered in the last three months”, “brand connection measurement related to affinity and product recommendation”, among other aspects.
