The renowned American wine critic, James Suckling, and his senior editor, Zekun Shuai, have arrived in Chile to taste new vintages.  They plan to use their findings for the next report on Chilean wines in 2024.

James Suckling the renowned specialized wine critic from the United States- is passing through Chile with his senior editor, Zekun Shuai, to taste the new vintages and releases that will be part of his 2024 Report on Chilean wines.

Concha y Toro’s winemakers provided an in-depth tour of the different appellations where their wines come from, including D.O. Limarí, D.O. Puente Alto, and D.O. Peumo.

Marcelo Papa, the Technical Director of Concha y Toro, expressed “his pleasure in having James and Zekun, who are well-known critics of the industry, visit their winery again. They were given a detailed presentation of the unique characteristics of the origins of their wines. The team at Concha y Toro hopes that they enjoyed tasting the new vintages of their wines as much as they did”.

Suckling and Shuai tasted wines from Viña Concha y Toro’s Luxury Brands portfolio, including Carmín de Peumo, Marques de Casa Concha Heritage, Amelia, Terrunyo, The Master, Marques de Casa Concha, and Gran Reserva.
