VINEYARD:

Sourced from Chile’s Central Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon is made with 40 percent hand-harvested grapes picked in April. The vineyards are planted on alluvial and colluvial soils that contribute structure and softness.

TASTING NOTES:

Deep ruby red in color with violet tones, this Cabernet Sauvignon offers fruity aromas with notes of chocolate, red plums, and vanilla. On the palate, it shows smooth tannins, medium body, and a harmonious profile.

SOIL:

Alluvial and colluvial soils that support balanced vine growth and a smooth, fruit-forward varietal expression.
